Signage & Wayfinding
We support Heathrow across wayfinding, signage and maps, as well as operational updates including airline moves, forecourts and surface access.

A long-standing graphics partnership supporting Heathrow Airport across signage, wayfinding, terminal dressing, retail displays and passenger-facing activations.
Working inside a live international airport means every graphic installation has to balance visibility and passenger experience with strict operational requirements. Across permanent signage, wayfinding and temporary campaigns, we have supported Heathrow with projects that need to work around active terminals, passenger movement and airport regulations. Major moments such as the King’s Coronation also required complex production and installation across multiple airport locations, without compromising safety or day-to-day operations.
We support Heathrow across wayfinding, signage and maps, as well as operational updates including airline moves, forecourts and surface access.
For the King’s Coronation, terminal dressing extended across eight entrance updates, four Terminal 5 forecourts, four link-bridge lighting installations, five lift cores, arrivals lenticulars and National Portrait Gallery collaboration hoardings.
Working with approved creative, we manage production, installation and project delivery within Heathrow’s operational environment. For the Coronation project, materials were specified as sustainable, PVC-free and Class 1 or zero fire rated, and we also managed the de-rig.
The wider Heathrow work includes retail and experiential displays alongside longer-running passenger activations. The Mr Men / Little Miss licence activation ran for more than seven years across signage, play areas, lighting, events, experiential activity and QR-led experiences.
The best work in a live environment is the work nobody notices.
