Global Project Planning
Our global project management team worked with key client contacts to scope the programme down to the last detail, including costs and timings. A project plan was defined for every element of the rebrand.

An end-to-end global rebrand delivered across 120 sites in 87 countries, covering buildings, offices, vehicles and merchandise while maintaining brand consistency across every location.
When ABB rebranded to Accelleron, the change needed to be implemented across 120 sites in 87 countries, spanning buildings, offices, vehicles and merchandise. Delivering the programme consistently at global scale required extensive forward planning. External works at a number of sites involved complex permissions and permits, with some installations requiring temporary port closures.

Working through a global supply chain, a carefully coordinated implementation programme began across multiple locations, with different aspects of the rebrand undertaken simultaneously.
Extensive forward planning was required for external works. Many sites needed specific permissions and permits, which were difficult to obtain in some regions, while some installations required temporary port closures.
We managed the end-to-end service as the sole partner on the project, maintaining brand guardianship, material standards and quality control across all locations.
One brand, 87 countries, and no room for interpretation.
